Day 12: Thermal Discharge
Lesson Objective: Releasing the Friction of Effort.
The Logic Friction is the byproduct of internal resistance. In the AEC Protocol, we call this Thermal Discharge. If you feel tension or heat during these sessions, it is simply the biological system venting the last traces of the self-construct’s interference as you return to the Natural baseline. Today, we vent that friction. We remember that we are not “generators” in a void; we are conductors in a field that is already moving.
The Protocol
- Morning Boot-Up: 20 Minutes immediately upon waking.
- Evening Reset: 10 Minutes before sleep.
- How: Open the AEC Tool and engage the 5:5 Pacer. Maintain the rhythmic 0.1 Hz oscillation. Every time you exhale on the 5-second count, feel any “effort” or “resistance” leaving your body as a harmless vapor. You are becoming “cool” hardware. By strictly following the 5:5 sequence, you allow the mechanical engine to vent the heat of the day, ensuring the induction field expands naturally without the “burn” of mental effort.
