Offline Setup Guide: A Bigger Picture

Follow these steps to save the page directly to your device. This allows you to use the tool in Airplane Mode.

Step 1: Download the Audio Script

1. Open the Chrome browser on your laptop or mobile.
2. Go to the Resonance Portal page.
3. Locate the audio player and click the three dots (⋮) on the right side of the player.
4. Select Download and the will now be saved to your local storage.

Step 2: Save the Portal Page for Offline Use

On Laptop (Windows/Mac):

1. Press Ctrl + S (Windows) or Cmd + S (Mac).
2. Set the ‘Format’ or ‘File Type’ to Webpage, Complete or Webpage, HTML Only.
3. Save it to your Desktop.

On Mobile (Android/iPhone):

1. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner of Chrome.
2. Tap the Download icon (arrow pointing down). Chrome will now save a version of this page that works without internet.
3. Note: You can find this later by tapping the three dots again and going to Downloads.

Step 3: Starting Your Session (The Protocol)

For the most effective interface between your system (the Inductor) and the information (the Food), follow this order:

1. Enter Airplane Mode: Ensure all Wi-Fi and Data are OFF to remove “Friction Tax” and external interference.
2. Open the Saved Page: Open the file you saved in Step 2.
3. Activate AEC: Tap the 81 Hz or 108 Hz button. You will hear the frequency start immediately.
4. Wait 30 seconds: use some time to adjust to the frequency before starting the script.
5. Initiate the Script: Press Play on the audio player when ready.
6. Adjust Volume: Use the slider or your device buttons to find the balance where the voice feels “inside” the frequency.
